WT Self Defence  in its  purest form

It is not based on physical strength to allow weaker people to defend themselves.

Teaches how to use the opponent's strength to use it against him.

His self-defense movements derive from reflexes that are mechanically and directly determined by the opponent's attack.

It can be learned quickly for self-defense purposes and deepened over time in its aspects of true traditional Chinese martial art.

It meets the needs of those seeking to respond to force with appropriate force and is therefore particularly suitable for police and security bodies.

The WT is a complete self-defense system. Its effectiveness does not lie in stylistic evolution, but in the revolutionary totality of its simple concepts. The immediacy, the limited number of movements used, the naturalness and the motor intelligence make the WT the fastest and most ingenious self-defense system.

The Economy of Movement in WingTsun

The WT technique is based on the assumption that a man can face an attack even with few movements available in his motor skills. The best self-defense is the one that nullifies the majority of real attacks with the fewest possible movements!

In WT you can perform up to 3 or even 4 movements simultaneously.

Through intense training, WT students learn to borrow attack energy through a sort of controlled and deliberate “giving in.” The attacked body parts are thus charged with the force of the attack itself and release this energy directly against whoever generated it first.

The WT economy manifests itself in all its movements and in all its principles and is such an effective and "easy" weapon from a physical point of view, as to make it particularly suitable for women. The simplicity with which goals are achieved amazes many martial arts experts.
